Training Philosophy
To encourage clients to reach their maximum potential in terms of health and fitness through education and motivation.

By training through natural, functional movement patterns we can have the freedom and expression of movement of young children, at any age.

Through a balanced, natural and healthy diet we can easily achieve the fit, lean and healthy body we all desire.

Favourite Exercises
Any bodyweight exercises, mainly hindu squats, hindu pushups and chin ups

I finally reached MY fat loss goal in August 2010 at the age of 41. After 20 years of thinking about it and making a few half-hearted attempts through various diet and exercise programs I finally dropped the last 10 pounds of fat to let the 6-pack pop out. It took less than 3 months!

And all it took was a burning desire together with positive action. Sounds simple. . . and it is. That’s not to say it was easy. It took a few sacrifices and one or two small lifestyle changes, but the satisfaction I got from doing it FAR outweighed the downside, and even better than that gave me the healthy habits which I now enjoy so much, and I know will last a lifetime.

I qualified as a Master Trainer with the European Institute of Fitness in order to fulfil my dream. My dream and my mission is to help as many people as I can to reach, and exceed, their body transformation goals and feel the satisfaction that I did. Not to mention the improvements in physical health and well being.
